08/07/2010: MRSA Action UK Annual Memorial Service at Westminster Abbey and Reception at Westminster City Council Archive Centre
MRSA Action UK will meet for our annual tribute from 12.30 at the West Gate of Westminster Abbey and then congregate at the Innocent Victims Memorial Stone for a service and laying of floral tributes at 1.00pm. This will be followed by a Reception with guest speakers at Westminster City Council Archive Centre from 2.00 – 4.30pm.
We are delighted to welcome our President Professor Hugh Pennington Emeritus Professor of Bacteriology Aberdeen University, and Eileen Henderson from Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Trust to speak at the event.
There will be opportunities for questions and to meet informally with many colleagues from across healthcare and we very much look forward to meeting everyone who can attend. If you would like a floral tribute laid on your behalf these can be ordered from Minka at Rosalie Owen’s florist, where these can be collected.
