Biography:
Tom Greatrex was elected as Labour MP for Rutherglen & Hamilton West on May 6th 2010 with a majority of 21,002.
He was shadow minister for Scotland in 2010-11 and energy and climate Change 2011 onwards.
Hi is on the energy and climate change committee in 2010 and the procedure committee from 2010.
He is interested in manufacturing, economic policy, energy policy, constitution and Northern Ireland.
He was was born in Kent and brought up in Ashford. He attended The Judd School between 1986 and 1993, before studying Economics, Government and Law at the London School of Economics, graduating in 1996. He currently lives in Cambuslang and is married, with twin daughters.
