Nigel Huddleston

Biography:

Nigel Huddleston was elected MP for Mid Worcestershire on May 7th 2015 with 29763 votes, taking 57.0% of the vote.

Although in 2010 he stood as a Conservative candidate for Luton South – losing by 2329 votes to Labour’s Gavin Shuker – and in 2011 he became a St Albans Disctrict Councillor, Nigel is not a career politician. He was a management consultant until 2011 when, alongside becoming Councillor, he decided to start working at Google as the Industry Head of Travel.

Nigel, born and bred in Lincolnshire, studied Politics and Economics at Oxford University.
