Biography:

Maggie Throup was elected as Conservative MP for Erewash on May 7th 2015 with 20636 votes, taking 42.7% of the vote.

Prior to her election, Maggie previously stood for Colne Valley in 2005 and for Solihull in 2010, narrowly losing each time.

As an MP, she wants to focus on new housing and growing businesses.
