Fiona O’Donnell

Biography:

Fiona O’Donnell was elected as Labour MP for East Lothian on May 6th 2010 with a majority of 12,258.

Fiona grew in the Scottish Highlands. Along with her three brothers she attended the local comprehensive schools and went on to study English and History at Glasgow University.

During a long and varied career, Fiona has worked for elected representatives at Westminster and in the Scottish and European Parliaments.

She also has experience of working in the voluntary sector with children and families, and people with physical and learning disabilities and now works as an organiser and development officer with the Labour Party.

She now sits on the international development committee.
