Christopher Pincher

Biography:

Christopher Pincher was re-elected as Conservative MP for Tamworth on May 7th 2015 with 23606 votes, taking 50.0% of the vote.

Christopher was born in 1969 in Walsall and grew up in Wombourne near Wolverhampton.

He studied history at the London School of Economics before joining a major IT consultancy firm.

Since he joined the Conservatives in 1987, he has served as a governor of North Westminster Community School.

Christopher is also a member of Tamworth’s Hodge Lane nature reserve and regularly attends such local events as the Canwell Show.

He sits on the energy and climate change select committee.
