BASC's membership hotline will extend its opening hours from Tuesday 3rd May in order to meet demand for membership.
The telephone hotline will take calls from 8am until 7pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 6.30pm on Fridays for new members and membership renewals from individuals, clubs and syndicates.
Over the past few years, BASC membership has increased at unprecedented levels and now stands at 144,500 – its highest ever total.
David Ilsley, BASC's head of marketing and membership services, said: "This is a significant increase in our telephone opening hours and reflects our commitment to improve the level of service to our members.
“The membership hotline is for anybody who wants to talk to one of our expert membership team to join or renew their membership with us and become part of the UK’s largest shooting organisation. BASC will promote and defend your sport at all levels and BASC membership will provide you with shooting insurance and a unique range of member benefits that will repay your membership many times over."
