Alcohol affected children: strategies, support and ways forward
Bruised Before Birth is a one-day conference to educate professionals, parents and carers about the complexities faced by a child with FAS/D. It explains ways to deal with their challenges to maximise potential in their day-to-day lives.
This is the fifth of a series of one-day conferences organised by TACT Foetally Affected Children's Service (FACS).

Who should attend?
The training seminar is designed for foster carers, adopters and those working within the field of alcohol; social workers and managers; youth workers; early years professionals; health and education professionals; children’s guardians, barristers and lawyers involved in care proceedings; adoption, fostering and kinship panels; and anyone else working in children’s services.
Costs
Full price: £95- Concessions: £90 (for voluntary organisations, charities and students) – Families/Carers: £50. Please note that you may qualify for discount (10% discount for groups of three or more from the same organisation; made at the same time of booking only).
