Social Media Seminar
28 June 2012, London
Contact: Christie Sharp

Social media is a fact of life and consumer, media and opinion-former involvement is growing fast. Many organisations are considering how to respond by looking at the opportunities that social media brings, but don’t have the know-how to build a strategy which could include: PR, marketing and customer relations. This seminar will deliver the tools to develop that strategy across the range of channels.

At the end of the day, delegates will have a clear idea of the audiences and types of communication relevant to each channel and have acquired the 11 essential tools to develop both strategy and output. They will also be up to date on social media and compliance and have had a chance to quiz our speakers.

The sessions will include an appraisal of how building societies and other financial institutions use social media, illustrations of best and worst practice, case studies, highlighting what building societies and other mutuals can get from using social media, why and how to best use Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Plus creative ideas how to engage, what to say etc…

The course aims to be interactive and help solve problems too.
