Countryside Alliance: CA Racing Evening at Owlerton, 24th January
Jon Carter from the Owlerton Stadium and Simon Hamlyn, Northern Regional Director for the Countryside Alliance, are running a special ‘Members and Friends Social and Racing evening’ at the stadium on Tuesday the 24th of January.
The cost is only £12.50 per person which includes stadium entry, race card, free pint of beer/lager or glass of wine, chicken and chips, raffle, 16 races – all held in the Napoleon suite private lounge – plus guests, including Sir Johnny Scott and hunting songs from mixed packs, including the Holme Valley Beagles! For early birds the first race is at 6.30pm and racing continues until 10.30pm.
Each paying group can even name their own race for an extra £100, with the net proceeds going to a cause of their own choice – so don’t delay – please call Owlerton Stadium on 0114 234 3074 to book your tickets and or sponsor a race. To finish off this special evening you can drop into Napoleon’s Casino next door for a nightcap!!
