The development of fit-for-purpose Apprenticeships and models through which they are delivered, is central to Cogent’s aim of securing the very best skills for industry.
Our recent report a Model Approach sets out the wide variety of Cogent and Skills Academy initiatives which have boosted specialist Apprenticeship take-up across the Science-using Sector.
All of these have been driven by employers and designed to meet regional and sectoral needs.
