CIHT Transport Awards 2011 – Open for Entry

After the success of the 2010 Awards, CIHT will be holding its 5th annual awards ceremony in June 2011 and the awards are now open to entries!

The CIHT Awards are a celebration of the highways and transportation industry and the methodical, innovative and resourceful professionals that inspire improvements to our society. It is an opportunity to reward the remarkable achievements of those working in the sector and to promote this professionalism and best practice to a wider industry audience.

Previous winners have gone on to receive critical acclaim, national press attention and industry recognition. Shortlisted entrants will receive complimentary places at the CIHT Awards ceremony, hosted by a celebrity guest.

The Awards categories for 2011 are:
. The CIHT/HTMA Health & Safety at Work Award
. The CIHT/Colas Award for Technological Application
. The CIHT/Ringway Award for Innovation
. The CIHT/Mott Macdonald Award for Sustainability
. The CIHT/Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) Security in the Public Realm Award
. The CIHT/Costain Award for Effective Partnerships
. The CIHT Road Safety Award
. The CIHT Streets Award
. The CIHT Major Projects Award

The deadline for entries to the above award categories is 4 March 2011.
