ABI: Full line up of speakers for ABI 2007 annual conference

The ABI (Association of British Insurers) has confirmed the full line up of speakers for its 2007 Annual Conference ‘Thinking for Tomorrow’, held in association with KPMG. It will take place on 10 May at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster.

From shaping pensions reform to managing climate change; reforming personal injury compensation to effective regulation of financial services, the ABI’s 2007 national conference will tackle all the key issues facing the industry and wider society.

Key speakers include the Secretary for State for Trade and Industry, the Rt Hon Alistair Darling MP, the Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith, Shadow Chancellor George Osborne MP, outgoing FSA Chief Executive John Tiner, London Police Commissioner Mike Bowron and BBC Newsnight’s Business Correspondent, Paul Mason.

There will be a wide range of workshops, featuring leading industry and other

speakers, which will debate the key issues facing the industry.
