Funeral for Cameron’s son

A funeral will be held for David Cameron’s son, Ivan, today in a church in Oxfordshire.
The service will be small and private, with Mr Cameron and his wife Samantha being joined by close friends and relatives.
Ivan, who was six years old, died last week. He was suffering from cerebral palsy and severe epilepsy.
“It means a lot to know that others are thinking of us and him,” the Tory leader said in an email sent to party members, activists and staff over the weekend.
“He leaves a hole in our life so big that words can’t describe it… we all just miss him so desperately.”
The Camerons have asked for donations to Mencap or the Friends of St Mary’s Hospital rather than flowers.
