MPs will motion to approve a "European document" related to the much-scrutinised European Union Act in the Commons on Tuesday, which gives parliament "control of certain decisions not requiring approval by Act". Expect Labour to squirm as it tries to find a safe position on the referendum.
Speaking of scrutiny and Europe, the European scrutiny committee will meet on Wednesday to confer on the European scrutiny system in the House of Commons.
Parking ticket violators beware – the transport committee is tackling parking enforcement with a host of witnesses giving testimony, including president of the AA Edmund King.
