The one-time winner of Politics.co.uk's Twitter list has focused on payday lending to the exclusion of almost all else, with varied results for her online presence. Creasy still provides enjoyable, sometimes funny, references to pop music and still takes the mick out of friends and colleagues in a way which most MPs would struggle to do without sounding like a creepy uncle. But this is overshadowed by a relentless campaign against short-term loan companies in general and Wonga in particular. She rarely enters into the type of aggressive Twitter skirmishes many of her male colleagues seem to enjoy, but following her over the long-term shows an immovable and steely character. She doggedly follows the campaign and is now certainly the lead campaigner on this issue, but she does so with good cheer and an upbeat attitude. Nevertheless, this is dogged, determined campaigning, using Twitter to keep the spotlight on an issue few others care about, forming alliances, encouraging friends and having the debate. It is hugely impressive. The caveat, of course, is that if you're not interested in the subject this account isn't for you.
