The shadow immigration minister continues to be a heavyweight presence online. His combative attitude and self-confidence (some would say arrogance) translate perfectly onto Twitter, where he engages in debate and relentlessly follows his political agenda. He remains one of the key figures to follow what's going on in the phone-hacking scandal. Bryant retains an actual human personality despite a frontbench position and he is rarely off Twitter at all. Aggressive, genuine and occasionally quite funny: Bryant is an important follow for any political tweeter. If there's a down side, it’s that he hasn't quite lived up to the promise of last year, when it seemed he might combine his shadow immigration job with some crowd-sourcing activities online. Instead, he's played it relatively safe.
